Soooooo it's finals week!
Get excited!
Because, IF you are lucky enought to survive finals week - you get rewarded with Christmas! And a return home that inevitable ends with you (the college student) doing all the chores that everyone was too lazy to do while you were home. True story.
But I digress. I just tuned in to let you know the conversation that went down in our living room.
K: I hope Cody wears the thong and then you wear the - NO WAIT! I will wear it first and I will do this (knocks on coffee table) and you will be like...
K Imitating Me: What?!?!?
K: And I will be like (knocks on coffeetable) "I come to fluff your pillow." And you will be like...
K Imitating Me: No.
K: And I will be like (knocks on coffee table) "You no want your pillow fluffed?" And you will be like...
K Imitating Me: No.
K: And then I will come in anyway with the thong and fluff your pillow!
We are SO productive.

The Pooping Chronicles
So. It was an interesting day.
Today, in her Microbiology class, L was asked to donate a stool sample for their lab tomorrow morning. Right before said class, L went to the bathroom and is therefore unable to provide the sample. And so the search began.
A search for poop. K began calling everyone she knew looking for infant poop, youthful poop, elderly poop - anything. One guy was perfectly willing to give a sample... of man juice. His reaction when he discovered it was meant to be a stool sample? "Hell no! That's f'ing gross!"
Boys. *Sigh* Eventually, through a series of events that I was absent for, it was decided that L's brother would provide the sample in need.
Moving on from this, all five of us then had a conversation, initiated by K, centering about what we think about when we poop. And the ridiculousness of the night continued to grow.
I wish I had more interesting things to share...but unfortunately, we were all so tired that none of us can quite remember the rest of the night.
Have a joyous night, readers!

The Woods Are Calling Your Name
I can't believe it has been over a month since the last update. We apologize.
Since our last post, much has happened and almost nothing has happened. We have all been mega-busy. There have been speech tournaments, coffee houses, Homecoming week, football games, movie nights, weddings, midterms, and just general college chaos.
Last night we travelled to the north side of campus for a Halloween movie night and ended up watching Corpse Bride and The Blair Witch Project. Needless to say, walking back to our dorm, in the dark, five girls, was very...thrilling?
S is in Indianapolis for the FFA National Convention at the current moment. L and K went to a college football game. A is sleeping? And I am here, updating you on the monotonous chaos that has been going on here. Hopefully I will have better stories soon.

MAKE A WISH!!!
It is 12:52 AM Central Standard Time, which means.....
It's S's BIRTHDAY!!! Happy birthday S =) We love you! And so, instead of doing homework or getting sleep, like good little children who have class tomorrow should, we are staying up ridiculously late to prepare decorations for YOU, who has NO class tomorrow - which constitutes as "Happy Birthday" sentiments from the universe.
And, since you are sitting in our room, in bed, with your headphones on, we are making our shared living space look splendid in honor of the day 9 months after your parents decided to have a really good hook-up. Which is awkward...since we all know your parents...yeah.
But do know that L is enjoying coloring you pictures, A is making our television into a beautiful golden haired child, K went marker happy, and I am happily recording this for memory's sake while wearing a golden, curly, unibrow.
We love you, S. You are a beautiful, splendid, magnificent, fantabulous, supertacular, one helluva girl! Hope your 20th is everything you hoped it would be!!!
With Love,
M and K and A and L
P.S. Pictures to follow =)

Welcome To Our Chaos
The Prologue:
It is our first post at just after 12:30 a.m. All is fairly quiet, except for the pulsings of our brainwaves trying to crank out late night papers. Welcome to the life in K6 - full of laughter, tears, loves, fears, and above all, longing.
Not in a sexual way, you silly people. But a longing for something beyond ourselves. We long to know the heart of God. We long to know why professors think homework is a good idea. We long to know our neighbors love their bass so much and yelling obscenities at what we can only assume is nothing.
There are five of us A, K, L, S, and M. And we are on our search for the good things of this world. It is sure to be a bumpy ride. So fasten your seatbelt and please join us for what is sure to be the most entertaining and prolonged ride of our lives.
Yours Truly,
M
